Three bottles, 1/3 fl. oz. (10 ml) each:

→ Eucalyptus Essential Oil — camphorous and herbal, with soft woody undertones

→ Invigorate Essential Oil Blend

→ Relax Essential Oil Blend

Nothing else is needed to use them.


Eucalyptus — Eucalyptus globulus. Ingredients: Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil.

Relax — a blend of pure, undiluted essential oils: Lavender, Marjoram, Mandarin, Patchouli, Bourbon Geranium and Chamomile Roman.

Invigorate — a blend of pure essential oils.

Nothing diluted, nothing synthetic.


With a steam sauna. Open the top of the steam output dispenser inside the SaunaBox and add 4-10 drops. Do not put essential oils in the stainless steel SmartSteam chamber itself — that damages the steamer and lid. Clean the dispenser after each use once the unit has cooled.

With the Lava Rock diffuser. Four or five drops straight onto the rock. Add more when the scent fades.

⚠ The dispenser is extremely hot during and after a session. Do not touch it while the sauna is in use.


Shelf life is 3 to 4 years. Keep the caps on and store them out of direct sunlight and away from heat.

To switch scents on a lava rock, let it sit unused until the current oil fades, then add the new one. The rock is unglazed and porous, so a faint trace can linger — many people keep one rock per scent they use often.
