Warranty Policy

General Terms

  • Warranty coverage starts on the date you receive your order.

  • Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

  • Covered defects are resolved with a replacement at no cost.

How to Make a Claim

Email support@saunabox.com with your order number and photos or a video of the issue.

Shipping Damage

Shipping damage is not covered under warranty. We recommend adding shipping protection by Route at checkout. If you purchased shipping protection, file your claim through Route using this link: https://claims.route.com/. If you did not, email support@saunabox.com with photos within 5 days of receiving your order. You may also be responsible for the cost of replacement parts and shipping.

Not Covered Under Any Warranty

  • Misuse, neglect or accidental damage

  • Alterations or unauthorized repairs

  • Not following the instruction manual, including setup, operation and maintenance

  • Service or labor costs

Solara

All Solara models come with a limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Covered

  • Infrared heaters

  • Infrared red light

  • Controls

  • Audio system

  • Wooden cabinetry

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Any damage to the glass door

  • Minor scratches, dents, markings or scuffs that don't affect use

  • Fine cracks or color variation in the wood. Solara saunas are made of hemlock, which naturally responds to changes in moisture.

  • Damage from water exposure, outdoor use or improper installation

Forge

The Forge comes with a limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Covered

  • Structural frame

  • Exterior cladding

  • Interior wood

  • Controls

  • Hardware

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Any damage to the glass door

  • Minor scratches, dents or scuffs that don't affect use

  • Fine cracks or color variation in the wood caused by moisture

  • Normal weathering

  • Damage from improper installation, an improper environment, or use outside the specified electrical requirements

Harvia Heater

The Forge's heater is warrantied by Harvia. Harvia covers the heater for 5 years and the heating elements for 1 year, parts only. To make a heater claim, contact Harvia support at support.usa@harvia.com with your SaunaBox order number.

Pulse Pro

The Pulse Pro comes with a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions.

What's Covered

  • Infrared heating panels

  • Controls and remote

  • Cables

  • Zippers

  • Frame poles

  • Chair

  • Bottom sweat mat

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Tent fabric

  • Creasing, stitching variation or color changes from folding or use

  • Damage from water exposure or outdoor use

SmartSteam Models

All SmartSteam models come with a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions.

What's Covered

  • SmartSteam unit

  • Heat-insulated frame cover

  • Fiberglass frame

  • Bottom sweat mat

  • Chair

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

Cold Plunge Products

The PlungeBox Core, Pro, XL and PlungeBox Chiller come with a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Covered

Tub:

  • Leaks from the seams, walls, lining or valves

  • Failure to hold air or stay inflated

  • Defects in the frame, insulation or cover lid

Chiller:

  • Compressor

  • Pump

What's Not Covered

  • Cosmetic issues that don't affect use, such as scuffs, creases, discoloration or fading

  • Damage from sharp objects, pets, or improper setup or storage

  • Chiller filter, hand pump, drainage hose and carrying case

Red Light Devices and Accessories

Red light devices come with a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions. 

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty offered by SaunaBox and replaces any previous or additional representations or warranties. All other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where such warranties cannot be disclaimed, they are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period above.

This limitation applies even if the Limited Warranty fails its essential purpose, and to claims brought under any legal theory, including breach of warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability. SaunaBox is not liable for loss of use or for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages, including lost profit, revenue, business opportunities or reputation. SaunaBox's liability will never exceed the original purchase price of the product. SaunaBox and its representatives are not responsible for injury to persons or damage to property.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.
