“About two hours before bedtime, Dr. Winter recommends SaunaBox’s steam sauna.”
“Best in Business Honoree 2025”
“If you are serious about your recovery, this is the gold standard.”
“The sauna held the temperature very well while I was using it. Getting in and out of the sauna would bring in some cold air but then it would go back to the original heat.”
“Its portable nature has gained popularity among professional athletes, attracting partnerships with organizations that represent top players in Major League Baseball and the National Football League.”
We didn't invent sauna, we just stopped pretending it had to be complicated, expensive, or run on someone else's schedule.

Benefits
How To Use
Traditional Sauna Experience
- Saunas
- Red Light Devices
Full-Spectrum Infrared Heat
Infrared saunas work by emitting infrared light wavelengths that are absorbed directly by the body. Instead of heating the air around you, the energy penetrates skin and tissue, heating you from the inside out.
Third-Party Tested
Every layer of fabric has been tested and proven free from harmful substances. This certification ensures the sauna tent is safe, even in high-heat environments.
Low-EMF, PFAS-Free Construction
Ultra-low EMF infrared panels mean you get deep, consistent heat without unnecessary exposure. This is a sauna you can use every day, with complete peace of mind.
Fast Heat-Up, Less Waiting
Designed to bring the heat without the long wait. Select SaunaBox models begin warming or producing steam in as little as 10–15 minutes, making it easier to fit recovery into your daily routine.
Built for Daily Use, Not Occasional Luxury
The Solara is naturally durable, hypoallergenic, and beautifully aromatic, built for years of daily use.
Skin Health & Collagen Production
Stimulates fibroblast activity and boosts collagen and elastin production, helping reduce wrinkles, fine lines, and skin sagging for a firmer, more youthful appearance.
Reduced Inflammation at the Surface Level
Reduces inflammation in skin and soft tissues by modulating inflammatory markers and improving microcirculation.
Improved Complexion & Texture
Helps fade sun damage, acne scars, and pigmentation issues by energizing skin cells and evening skin tone.
Scalp & Follicle Support
Red-light photobiomodulation has been studied for its potential to support scalp circulation and normal follicular activity.
Deep Tissue Recovery
Penetrates deeper into muscles, joints, and connective tissue to support cellular repair and speed up recovery after physical activity or injury.
Pain Relief & Reduced Joint Stiffness
Improves circulation, decreases oxidative stress, and increases ATP production in cells, helping to reduce joint pain, arthritis symptoms, and muscle soreness.
Enhanced Circulation & Oxygen Delivery
Improves vascular function, supporting more efficient delivery of oxygen and nutrients to deeper tissues for overall body vitality.
Mitochondrial Support & Energy Production
Activates cytochrome c oxidase in mitochondria, boosting ATP production and helping the body function more efficiently at the cellular level.
Step 1 Set Up Your Space
Assemble your Forge on a flat, stable surface indoors or outdoors. Have a licensed electrician complete the required 240V connection before use.
Step 1 Charge Before First Use
Charge it fully before using, and always charge it dry and outside the shower.
