Unloading & Delivery

Forge ships in a single palletized crate, with a gross shipping weight of 571lbs.

With standard delivery, the carrier will deliver the pallet to:

Curbside, or Garage-level drop-off (where accessible)

Important: Standard delivery does not include indoor transport, room placement, or assembly. You (or your team) will be responsible for moving the sauna cartons from the delivery point to the final installation location.

Before Delivery

Please make sure:

You have enough help to move cartons safely
Your access path is clear (driveway, gate, hallway, etc.)
You measure doorways, stairs, and tight turns in advance
Your final installation area is ready before delivery day

Canadian Hemlock — a light-toned, low-resin, low-odor wood that is well-suited for sauna interiors. It stays cool to the touch even at high temperatures, handles moisture well, and ages beautifully with regular use.

What accessories are included with The Forge?

What is the warranty on The Forge?

The Forge comes with a 2-year cabin warranty covering the structural frame, exterior cladding, interior wood, door, hardware, and all cabin components against manufacturing defects. The Harvia Vega Compact heater carries a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Both warranties apply from the date of delivery. Damage resulting from improper installation, use outside of specified electrical requirements, or normal weathering and wear is not covered. To make a warranty claim, contact SaunaBox support with your order number and photos of the issue and we will make it right.

Can I use a dry sauna if I have health conditions?

Always consult your doctor before use, especially if you have heart conditions, are pregnant, or take medications.
