The whole job

Five steps, and one of them is sitting down.

The panels ship flat and drop into each other. Nothing gets cut, drilled or wired on site.

01

It arrives flat

Freight drops it at the door on a pallet. Two boxes, four pre-built panels, bench, glass door, remote.

02

Pick the spot

35 by 37 inches against a flat wall, near an outlet. Bedroom, home gym, spare room. Indoors only.

03

Snap it together

Four walls clip together on pre-installed locking clips, roof drops on, glass door hangs last.

04

Plug it in

One standard 110V household outlet. 1,600W, and the cord gives you eight feet of reach.

05

Get in

Set the heat, let it climb toward 150°F, then twenty minutes, a towel and your own playlist.

Watch the build

Do not take our word for the thirty minutes.

Two people, four panels, no tools. This is the entire assembly, start to finish, in one take.

Before you ask

Five things you do not need.

This is the part people brace for. There is nothing to brace for. Every one of these is a hard no.

Electrician

It runs off the outlet already in your wall.

240V line

110V is all it asks for. No panel work.

Drilling

Nothing is fixed to the wall, floor or ceiling.

Renovation

No dedicated room, no permit, no ventilation.

Tools

No drills, no screws. Your hands are the kit.

One thing you do want: a second pair of hands. It is a two-person, thirty-minute job.

The footprint

It takes up less floor than an armchair.

35 inches wide, 37 deep, 63 tall. It fits a bedroom corner, a spare room, a home gym or a wellness nook, and seats one adult up to 6’8". Leave about three feet in front so the door can swing out.

Measure the doorway first.

Do it before it ships. It comes as two flat boxes, the larger one 65 by 37 by 13 inches, so the doorway itself is rarely the problem. It is the tightest turn between the front door and the spot that catches people out. Walk the route once with a tape measure.

The honest question

Will you actually use it?

The gym sauna is a twenty minute drive. This one is down the hall.

Nobody quits a sauna habit because they stopped liking heat. They quit because of the drive, the parking, the towel they forgot, the stranger already sitting in it. Take those out and what is left is twenty minutes you can keep.

Twenty minutes, not an outing

Preheat while you finish an email. Get in, get out, shower in your own bathroom.

Cheap enough to be boring

A 30-minute session runs about 0.8 kWh, roughly 14 cents at the US average rate. You stop rationing it.

It is in the room you walk past

Visible beats scheduled. The people who use theirs put it somewhere they see it every day.

Use it almost every day

Heats up quickly, easy to use, does not take much space. Less tightness, better recovery, and it looks great in my home gym.

Perfect small infrared sauna

Compact, fits our home gym without being bulky, and it has genuinely inspired me to use it daily. My joints are less sore the next day.

Hits 150 in under 20 minutes

At 6’1" and 180lbs I fit well and do not feel closed in. The sweat I get in twenty minutes is incredible. That red light panel is legit.

6’2" and it fits

Bigger guy here, I fit inside with room to lean back. Includes everything you could want or need.

I sleep sounder

The main benefit has been sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed. I listen to books through the Bluetooth speaker while I sweat.

Recovery has been amazing

I use this thing every day. My joints feel great, and the summer heat does not seem so bad after long days on the golf course.

Goes together easily

Heats and works as it should. I would like the red light to tilt further in, but for my needs this is near perfect.

Great size, heats fast

Hot enough for a real sweat. I would like contours on the back wall to lean against. Wish I had known the 2-person was coming.

Helps me acclimate to the heat

I ride road bikes and it has helped my recovery. I am 6’2" so it is a little snug, but it was easy to put together. Get a floor mat.
