Hot air or infrared: which one do you want?
These two look alike from across the room. Both are 1-person, 68 inches tall, and fold away. They do not heat you the same way.
The Sauna Pod 2.0 uses one 1500W heater to heat the air inside, up to 185°F in 15 to 20 minutes, according to The Pod Company.
The Pulse PRO uses 6 ThermoCell infrared panels around you. Infrared panels warm your body directly instead of heating the air first, so the Pulse PRO runs at about 160°F max internal heat.
If the highest air temperature is the only number you care about, the Sauna Pod reads higher. If you are shopping for an infrared sauna, the Sauna Pod is not one.

The Pulse PRO builds in medical-grade 660nm-850nm red light with 320 LEDs, made in an FDA-registered facility, running while you sit in the infrared heat.
The Pod Company sells red light as a separate panel. Its Infra Pod starts at $399. In the Pulse PRO, it is part of the .
